ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Available throughout the day for discussions with the clients.
  • Should use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
  • Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
  • Should be consistently active for the client calls throughout the day.
  • Provide fast, friendly service and actively seeking out customers to assess their needs & provide them with better assistance.
  • Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
  • Entry level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach
  • Should know MS Office Targets to be achieved
  • Employees should try and achieve the target sales and convert them
  • Once the revenue is achieved for the month, employees will be given incentives on the basis of the sales/conversions they make.
  • Follow ups with the clients on a day to day basis and convert them/sell them packages.
  • Immediate sharing of itinerary details/product should be made once the client has enquired and will have to be thoroughly active for calls.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
