JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a School Operations Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various operational tasks at school sites to ensure efficient and effective functioning.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Work with school leaders and staff to figure out what the school needs to run smoothly and come up with ways to make things better.
  • Visit the school buildings to see how things are going and find areas where we can do things better.
  • Help out with organizing events at the school, like setting up, finding people to help, and getting the stuff we need.
  • Keep track of what we have and what we need to buy for the school, like supplies and equipment.
  • Come up with ways to make things easier and faster for everyone who works at the school.
  • Make sure we follow all the safety rules and keep everything safe at the school.
  • Teach people who work at the school how to do things the right way and help them when they need it.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in school operations, facilities management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer serviceoriented approach.
  • Flexibility to travel to different school sites as needed.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
