Executive - Graphic Designer
Sshrishti Trust is seeking a creative - Graphic Designer for Communication team to join our tight-knit team.

Sshrishti Trust is a credible and transparent non-profit organisation that is registered as a Charitable Trust since 2003 and has worked passionately over these years to improve the conditions of children and youth from underserved, marginalised communities. Since its inception, it has been consistently providing early year's education for children of low-income communities through its doorstep learning centresin Delhi, fostering employment opportunities for women, and digital literacy for rural children and youth in Uttarakhand.

Skill and Qualifications:

Experience in DIGITAL MARKETING in planning and implementing social media, Google Ads and SEO campaigns.
WEBSITE DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT will be an added advantage
Ability to ideate on effective communications to reach out to the donor base and keep them engaged.
Adept at managing tasks, planning events, and balancing priorities and donor base engagement
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Design

In this role, you will use your expert communication skills and initiative to scope fundraising opportunities, develop relationships with potential donors, and manage fundraising campaigns.

By coordinating events, supporting social media, website, Google Ads and SEO initiatives, writing proposals, and recruiting suitable volunteers, you will a key team member who will supplement the communication and fundraising efforts of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Support the communication team initiatives for Social media, Website, SEO and Google Ads
Create marketing materials, like flyers and brochures, to be used for the promotion of events and other fundraising pushes
Research potential donors to gain insight into their needs, beliefs and donation habits to understand how to position our organization to them
Assist in brainstorming with other team members, strategize and execute successful campaigns to raise funds.
Leverage technology and social media where possible to improve fundraising activities
Assist in planning and coordinating events meant to raise funds and coordinate activities of volunteers and interns related to event planning and execution
Analyze the performance of events and other fundraising activities for effectiveness
Maintain complete and orderly records of donors and manage regular donor communications
Build upon existing donor relationships and form new donor relationships on a regular basis
Research individuals, corporations, and foundations that may be interested in giftgiving
Effectively convey the organization's mission, vision, and programs to potential donors
