Job Summary


The role involves calling the leads received from various mediums and giving them details about the course with the highest promptness.

You will talk about their careers and explain them about our services viz., vocational courses.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Career Guidance over call for students and experienced executives as per our process.
  • Consistent and prompt calling to leads that are received through various online and social platforms.
  • Setting up walkins to the centre for further process.

Key Skills

  • Excellent command on English, Marathi and Hindi is required
  • Should have articulate style of communication on explaining the services
  • Need to have endurance to sit and continuously receive or make calls
  • Energy level should be high

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
