Mental Health Professionals / Psychologist

Mode: Hybrid

Qualification: Graduation in Psychology and Masters in Psychology are mandatory

Profile:

This is a full-time position with a multidimensional role that encompasses various aspects of company development.

The responsibilities include contributing to client meetings, coordinating services, conducting assessments, organizing events, creating new services, and planning services based on client needs. Clinical tasks such as counseling sessions and workshops are also included.

Training and support will be provided across all areas of work, with specific emphasis on clinical sessions.

Our work primarily focuses on three areas:

Core clinical area

Conducting counseling sessions, webinars, workshops, etc.
Maintaining records and reports
Researching and creating engaging content
Ensuring service quality

CDM (Client Engagement & Delivery Management)

Developing engagement plans
Ensuring program delivery
Gathering necessary resources
Understanding client requirements
Communicating with clients regularly

Customized work based on scope, interest, and aptitude

Content creation
Training and development
Mental health products
Group sessions and sensitization programs

Desired Qualities: Mental health professionals committed to fostering emotional wellbeing. Required skills include critical thinking, effective communication, empathy, and confidentiality.

Salary: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
