Description

Insurance claims Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting initiatives relatives to the evaluation, Processing and handling of insurance claims for the organization.


  • Acts as a liaison between the organization, its insurance provider and agents, claimants and the policy holder regarding the status and eligibility for coverage for all the relevant claims
  • Review and assess insurance policies to ensure appropriate types and levels of coverage are maintained.
  • Ensure necessary documents to be collected from patient as per the insurance policy requirements.
  • Manage payments related to claims.
  • Collect and analyze insurance claims data including reviewing and reports from the insurance provider and making recommendations to minimize losses, as needed.
  • Create and modify procedures, maintain up to date records, and documents related to insurance.
  • Work with the Legal Services Coordinator to ensure proper coordination of legal actions managed by the insurance provider, including interpreting and providing advice on Reservation of Rights letters.
  • Deliver high quality internal customer service by responding promptly to requests and concerns.
  • Liaise with external insurance provider, as required.
  • Support the Manager in achieving the insurance related goals of the department.

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hormavu, Bengaluru , Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
