Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of manufacturing processes according to established procedures and specifications.
Support production planning activities by monitoring inventory levels, scheduling production runs, and coordinating with crossfunctional teams.
Participate in quality control inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Participate in safety training programs and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on special projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes, reducing costs, or enhancing product quality.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Biotechnology.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze data to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Prior internship or coursework related to manufacturing processes, quality control, or lean manufacturing is preferred but not required.
Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges and responsibilities.

₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
