Key Responsibilities:
We are hiring for an e-Commerce Fraud and Risk Operations project.

  • Understand buyer fraud patterns and investigate to eliminate confirmed fraud orders.
  • Incident Handling: Close the incident within the defined SLA.

Work Mode:
Work From Office (Street Number 10, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata

Working Days: 6 days (1 rotational week off)

Shift:
Rotational as per roster (any 9 hours)

Shift Timings: 9 am to 6 pm / 10 am to 7 pm / 11 am to 8 pm / 12 pm to 9 pm

Location:
Kolkata (Sector 5, College Mod)

Good spoken & written communication skills in English is mandatory.

Should have basic knowledge of the e-Commerce domain & related jargons, such as, fraud, risk, seller, buyer, return, etc.

Should have good IQ

3 months + experience in any BPO voice process

Education - Graduates only


Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
