Responsibilities:


project coordinator cum Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospects.

Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.


Client Coordination:


Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate project kick-off meetings and gather requirements from clients.

Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Manage client expectations and communicate project updates effectively.


Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to help achieve their business objectives.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.


Market Intelligence:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Gather feedback from clients and incorporate insights into refining our offerings and service delivery.

Provide input to the management team on potential areas for expansion or diversification based on market analysis.


Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details using CRM software.

Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback for management review.

Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management roles, preferably in the creative or digital marketing industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Madhapur/Hyderabad would be advantageous.


Job Types:

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
