HR NON-IT - Recruitment Lead:


Job Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field.
  • Some years of experience as a NON-IT recruiter.
  • Proficiency in handling recruitment databases.
  • Good leadership and decisionmaking skills.

Experience:


  • 45 years' Experience into Non-IT Field
  • Preferably from Music/Movie Industry.
  • Able to work 6 days a week.
  • 10 am
  • 7 pm are the work timings.

Qualification:


  • Any Graduate (MBA Most Preferences)

Location:
Hyderabad - Narayanguda (Work from Office)


Notice Period:
Immediate Joiner


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Keeping aware of the existing job openings in different organizations
  • Making job descriptions as per the client's requirements and posting them on relevant platforms.
  • Leading a team of recruitment for the requirements.
  • Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the open positions.
  • Providing quarterly or annual periodic reports to team managers.

Salary:
₹8, ₹37,815.03 per month
