Import Purchase Executive with Accounts - Mumbai, India - Exemplarii HR Consulting LLP
Description
Job Description:
- Complete Management of local and Import purchases from product specific suppliers.
- Coordination with Freight Forwarders, CHAs for status and hassle free movement of shipments
- Arranging Documents like Commercial Invoice, Packing list, BL, Insurance policy, Certificate of Origin for smooth consignment movement and arrival.
- Coordination with Warehouse to ensure timely stock maintenance and records.
- Follow ups with banks for advance payments, balance payments, LC Documents etc
- Maintain book of Accounts related to Purchase and relevant.
Skills Set:
- Good knowledge of TALLY and Import/export process and documents
- Computer proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Knowledge of GST and Income tax
- Must be able to communicate well with customers/People from different levels.
Job Types:

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
