Job Summary
Customer Service Coordinator (Customer support activity)
Responsibilities and Duties
Update and manage customer records.
Co-ordinating with customers for orders / stocks / collections etc.
Co-ordinate with HO / internal team.
Preparation of Quotation / Invoice / MIS Reports as per SOP.
Ability to correspond independently in English with HO / Customers
Fluent in English, Hindi and local language.
Key Skills

Required Experience and Qualifications
Any Graduate.
2-3 years of experience in customer co-ordination specifically institutions / trade
Pay:
₹216, ₹264,000.00 per year
