Description

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers over the phone to promote and sell products or services, generate leads, conduct surveys, and provide information.

Your primary goal is to engage prospects or customers in meaningful conversations, address their queries, and persuade them to take desired actions.


Key Responsibilities:

1.


Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers based on the provided script or campaign objectives.

2.


Product/Service Promotion:
Introduce and promote products or services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.

3.


Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and gather relevant information for further follow-up.

4.


Customer Engagement:
Build rapport with customers, address their inquiries, and provide accurate information about products or services.

5.


Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets as outlined by the company.

6.


Data Entry:
Record and update customer information, call details, and outcomes accurately in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

7.


Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

8.


Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines:
Follow predefined scripts and guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency and compliance with regulations.

9.


Feedback and Reporting:
Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends, and suggestions for process improvement. Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports as required.


Qualifications and Skills:

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.

Customer Service:
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address customer concerns and provide solutions.

Sales Skills:
Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to influence and convince customers.

Persistence:
Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and continue with the next call.

5.


Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to different campaigns, products, and industries.

6.


Computer Literacy:
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

7.


Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to the overall team goals.


Educational Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Additional education in sales or customer service may be beneficial.


Experience:

Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

Salary:
₹14, ₹22,000.00 per month
