Role & Responsibility:
- Managing customer relationship
- Communicating with customers
- Handling Customer
- Taking feedback
- Welcome guests during checkin and giving a found farewell to guest while checkout.
- Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
- Overseeing VIP guests, arrivals and departures.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
