Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the entire product (Physical & Digital) life cycle from planning, development, implementation, and launch.
Think creatively, focus on the overall objectives of the company, and interact with other functional areas like Technology, QA, Design, Sales & Marketing, Research & Analytics, etc.
Oversee website project management and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget by collaborating with the web development team, providing guidance and technical expertise, and reviewing project plans to ensure they align with objectives.
Manage ITrelated projects for the business, including software development, networking, and security, by leading crossfunctional teams, providing technical expertise, and ensuring projects meet quality standards.
Work with other teams to identify and implement new technologies that can improve operations and productivity by evaluating emerging trends and technologies, conducting feasibility studies, and making recommendations for technology solutions.
Manage and maintain the company's VoIP systems by ensuring they are functioning optimally and providing regular maintenance.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other external partners to ensure technology solutions meet requirements by negotiating contracts, managing vendor performance, and resolving issues related to service delivery.
Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in the IT industry and provide recommendations to improve the product by attending conferences, networking with peers, and conducting research.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years IT experience
Knowledge of IT project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage crossfunctional teams and vendors.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with cloudbased technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud

Platform.

Familiarity with cybersecurity and information security best practices.
