Critical:
Tasks which would have a significant impact on the Organization ability to conduct normal business or objective.
Critical Role and Responsibilities
- Manage P&L for the department
- Cross selling of Karma's products with known and clients
- Operations Management - SLA & TAT Adherence
- Transition Management & Onboarding of new clients
- Carry out Process improvements
- Client Relationship Management, Build rapport with client
- Billing & Collections - Ensure timely invoices are raised & resolve any client query related to payment to ensure payments are received.
- Team Management
- Hire team member against vacancy and manage the team of recruiters
- Train the team member on the technical matters
- Understand the work related problem and help resolving
- Evaluate performance and give feedback
- Develop Team Member to take up new tasks
- Mange the target of the recruiters, ensure targets are met month on month, Weekly reviews
- Conducing training for staff for process improvements
- Monthly status update report to client and the management.
