Suggest and implement changes and improvements to the hiring and onboarding process

  • Communicate with management regarding the successes and failures of the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Partner and collaborate closely with HR Operations, HR Business partners and Business leads to drive better joining and onboarding for associates.
  • Conduct diagnosis and provide inputs in the development and implementation of customized Onboarding strategies, solutions, interventions and tools to improve joining ratios.(e.g., process effectiveness,etc.)
