Roles and Responsibilities- Planning & Budgeting for Trade schemes, their performances & competitor analysisDesigning incentive structure for ASMs, SE/SR, Merchandisers
- Tracking performance of different channels & developing scheme accordingly
- Creating and analyzing the MIS Dashboard for PAN India.
- Publishing daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly MIS statewise & regionwise report
- Implement Sales Force Automation (BIZOM) App for distributor and retailer billings
- Coordinate with marketing to prepare brochure, leaflets and other communication material for sales team to launch
- 3+ years of relevant experience in FMCG industry
- Practical experience with Sales Force Automation and Distributor Management Systems
- Have an analytical mind set and ability to work with data
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
Salary:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Lead generation: 3 years (preferred)
