Description

Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily support and maintenance of Salesforce platform instance, and conduct longterm improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
  • Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers in designing cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases

Required:


  • Experience working with Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), should be a certified person in Sales force commerce cloud
  • Retail / B2C ecommerce experience in site merchandising operations, reporting, site search, campaign & promotions management and maintenance
  • Strong experience in ecommerce domain (PIM, OMS, CRM, integrating branded content sites)
  • Strong knowledge on web development technologies including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX
  • Experience in multisystem integration
  • Strong customer services skills focusing on customer success
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
