Description
Technical supervision of ongoing civil work such as Tiling, Granite, masonry, flooring, waterproofing, etc.

  • Preparation of Daily reports.
  • Checking safety of Labours & material at site.
  • Studying/ Checking Drawings received from Architect/structural Engineer for issues.
  • Maintenance of drawings and follow ups for the required deliverables from consultants.
  • Inspection of
    work execution done by Contractor.
  • Certification of Subcontractor's Billing and processing.
  • Preparation of
    Purchase Request for all Materials.
  • Preparing Budget vs Actual.
  • Preparing Monthly/Weekly Plans in coordination with Project In-Charge.
  • Monitoring Progress on site against Weekly/Monthly Plan.
  • Maintaining documents files like Tender documents, vendor details, quotation, Progress report, major correspondences.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
