Job Description:


  • Retouch and manipulate images, Create Design Layouts, Promotional creatives.
  • Must be willing to coordinate with the team to design promotional banners and slogans which will
be integrated into the larger marketing campaign.

  • Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
  • Must be able to create social media art, website elements, infographics, etc.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (Procreate Illustrators Preferred)
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
  • Basic Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Proficient in Spoken and Written English & Hindi Language
Major KRA (SMART)


  • Social Media Banners, Posts, Instagram Story Templates, Web Banners
  • Punctual in Daily Tasks
  • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and
submitting them for approval


  • Create social media posts based on calendars. Must have experience in Typography
  • Newspaper Adverts, Brochure and flash cards design
