About the Role:
In this role, you will:
- Follow predefined processes, guidelines, and SOPs to perform tasks to meet the required level of accuracy and productivity
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to work independently while using guidelines and SOPs
- Ability to make logical decisions while doing tasks and dealing with ambiguity
- Thoroughly check product details to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data
- Provide feedback to streamline existing processes to help the team achieve more consistent results with high quality
- Review authoritative sources to validate catalogue data when needed
- Identify patterns in browsing and audit to be translated into guidelines and SOPs to improve the overall catalogue
- Selfdriven to coordinate with other stakeholders to meet deadlines
- Must be flexible to meet business requirements.
For this role, we value individuals who have/are:
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Minimum 6 months of working experience in online operations or similar fields (background of the catalogue will add value)
- Proficient in excel
- End to End followup and closure of issues pertaining to the catalogue
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
