    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Master's degree is a plus.
    • Deep understanding of demand generation strategies, such as lead generation, nurturing, and optimizing conversions.
    • Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for managing campaigns and tracking leads.
    • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, spot trends, and enhance marketing performance.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and external partners.
    • Proven creativity in creating multichannel marketing campaigns to generate leads and boost revenue.
    • Hands-on experience with digital marketing techniques like SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media ads.
    • Strategic mindset focusing on aligning demand generation efforts with business goals and audience requirements.
    • Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive high-quality leads and grow the pipeline through various channels.
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to define target audience segments, buyer personas, and lead qualification standards.
    • Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising, to raise awareness and engage potential customers.
    • Utilize marketing automation platforms to develop and refine lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and drip campaigns that move leads through the sales funnel.
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics like lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition costs to evaluate the success of demand generation efforts and pinpoint areas for improvement.
    • Implement A/B testing and experiments to enhance campaign performance and conversion rates.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to bolster demand generation initiatives, such as creating content, placing advertisements, and running lead generation programs.
    • Collaborate with the content marketing team to produce engaging content assets, such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to attract and involve target audiences.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in demand generation, integrating pertinent insights into marketing strategies.
    • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of demand generation professionals, offering guidance and assistance to reach departmental objectives.
