Description
Handling daily inward materials Inspection, quality issues & take corrective action to avoid recurrence.- Supplier site inspection on time by sample basis & 100% visual inspection with their report verification.
- Inward inspection report preparation for every lots on sample basis & 100% visual inspection.
- Mail communication with report to supplier/purchase/R&D & CAR report in case of NC's observed
- Maintaining standard practises at Supplier process to ensure the Quality.
- Maintaining the measuring instruments & calibrations cycles.
- Prepare Supplier Audit plan, control plan, Process Rejection & rework report, Follow & closing of CAPA.
- Special process (Painting, Welding, Heat treatment) Validation.
- Frequent supplier visits to ensure the quality of components
Salary:
₹17, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
