Property And Asset Management

What this job involves:

Streamlining Purchase of Materials & Services

What we're looking for is an expert who can effectively streamline procurement processes and requests and has a good vendor database for procurement of goods & services.

Reporting to the property manager, you'll provide best quality & rates in the market to our esteemed client.
In line with this, you'll take each indent with responsibility and ensure timely delivery.

You'll also follow up on the progress of each PO by coordinating with respective assignees and monitoring their delivery time.

Furthermore, you'll create GRNs in the system after due verification of all the supporting documents and take the materials in the inventory.

You'll also generate timely reports and MIS and self-audit your work on monthly basis and assist external auditor during quarterly audits.

You will be responsible for contract management of Manpower & AMCs at site. Getting best rates from the best vendors in the market will be your key deliverable.
Streamlining Store & Inventory

As an expert in the field, you will always receive the material in the store and maintain correct stock statement at all times.

You will maintain proper bin cards with every store item after receipt/ issuance of material. You will be responsible for keeping the material properly stacked and identifiable at all times. You will be required to maintain the minimum stock level at all times for all the fast-moving items.
You will be required to sell the scrap to the highest bidder and hazardous material to the authorized recycler.

Education and Experience

You should be Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, with 4-5 year experience in the Procurement of Goods & Services in the Real Estate Industry.

An eye for detail

You'll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information - and translate this into strategic deliverables.

Great organisational skills

You'll have great time management and organisational skills and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team's or client's changing requirements.
