Works in coordination with

  • Executive - Dispatch
  • Post Sales Servicing Engineer
  • Executive - Sampling

Deliverables

  • Zero Escalation of the customer queries
  • On time Payment Collections

Responsibilities

  • Verification of the Orders with the Quotations and to raise the same in SAP
  • Arrange manufacturing clearances, approvals, inspection calls, dispatch instructions from the customer
  • Share the information and documents with the customers / close coordination with the customer.
  • Arrange the payments from the customers on time
  • Release of the PBG's from the customers
  • Must be prompt in customer communication.

Qualifications

  • Experience in handling the customer of minimum 1 year.
  • Must be good at written and verbal communications skills in both English and Hindi languages.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
