Description

As a Growth Operations Intern at Flagright, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth strategy by leveraging data insights and optimizing operational processes.

Your expertise will help enhance our sales and marketing efforts, enabling us to make data-driven decisions and achieve maximum efficiency.


You will

  • Be the lead administrator for our tooling and systems used across sales and marketing teams to facilitate efficient operation and maximum efficiency.
  • You'll collaborate with Growth and Business Development teams to optimize data and workflows
  • Implement Marketing and Sales enablement tools
  • Structure data flow to identify, track, and measure KPIs in all campaigns
  • Create and manage dashboards, campaign metrics, and funnel analysis within the sales and marketing tech stack.
  • Analyze customer behavior to better understand and meet customer needs, and assist in developing customer segmentation.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as Operations Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or Sales Analyst.
  • Strong quantitative skills,with proficiency with business intelligence tools (like Tableau, Looker), and data analysis tools (like Excel,mSQL, or Python ).
  • Understanding of Sales and Marketing operations and best practices, with experience in growth strategy.
  • Experience with CRM & marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate data insights effectively to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Creative writing skills
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign analysis
  • Experience with customer segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives
  • Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
