Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting engaging and dynamic training sessions focused on enhancing communication skills.
Assessing the communication training needs of individuals or groups and tailoring programs to address specific requirements.
Providing personalized coaching and constructive feedback to participants to foster continuous improvement in their abilities.
Remaining abreast of industry trends and best practices in communication skills training and integrating them into training programs.

Requirements:

Vibrant and engaging personality, with a passion for effective communication.
Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Strong screen presence and the ability to captivate and connect with diverse audiences.
Adaptability to nonconventional teaching methods to keep training sessions innovative and impactful.
Comfort and familiarity with technology, including the use of digital content and interactive tools.
Ability and comfort in training individuals of all age groups.

Working hours: 11 AM to 9 PM

Tuesday-Sundays
