Description
Understanding the Customer Business Process and documenting it- Setting up the Client's data in ERP
- Reviewing clients Data for implementation
- Successful Implementation of ERP based on client process
- Handling Post Implementation queries of the client
- Handling client calls related to new features
- Writing the requirements in detail of the client related to new development
- Liaising with the Development team in getting the development done
- Day to day coordination with clients on ERP related requirements
- Continuously monitor, track, report, and govern the field staff
- You will interact with crossfunctional teams, which could consist of Medical representatives, Area Business Manager, and Regional Sales Managers, Product Manager.
- Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Product Management / Solutions teams based on customer requirements
- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire CBO ERP Line up.
- You will be goaled on Customer Satisfaction, Project Management metrics related to timely, onbudget delivery, and best use of available resources.
- Good verbal and written communication skiils
- Should know word,excel, powerpoint.
