Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define, implement, and refine user experience design solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Participate in and facilitate design reviews and critique sessions, providing constructive feedback and guidance to improve design quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and functionality, fostering a strong designdeveloper relationship.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design and user research, and actively share this knowledge with the team.

Must Haves:


  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with an outstanding portfolio showcasing your design skills, process, and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and working closely with developers to implement designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Good to Have:


  • Proficiency in user research techniques and tools, including usability testing, user interviews, and surveys.
  • Indepth understanding of web and mobile design patterns, best practices, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines.
