Job Summary:
The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, negotiating property sales, and maintaining client relationships within the real estate market.
The role involves identifying potential buyers and sellers, providing expert advice on property values, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
The Real Estate Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and enhance the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and real estate marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
Property Sales:
- Present properties to potential buyers and address their queries.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales agreements.
- Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a positive experience.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about local real estate markets, trends, and competitors.
- Provide clients with market analysis and advice on property values and investment opportunities.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle client complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role.
- Demonstrated track record of successful real estate sales.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of the local real estate market and property values.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Other Requirements:
- Real estate license (if required by the state or country).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions:
- Fulltime position with flexible working hours.
- Regular travel within the designated market area for property viewings and client meetings.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
Performance Metrics:
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Number of new listings and sales closed.
- Client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting.
Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
