Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships by providing superior customer service and support.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and meetings to network and promote our products.
  • Stay uptodate with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the powder coating or related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of powder coating processes and equipment.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Making and reporting weekly/ monthly and quarterly reports

Skills:


  • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and ethical approach in negotiations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problemsolving attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Microsoft business suite knowledge
