Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as customer service and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' social media activities.

Requirements:


  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Pay:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
