Description

As an Executive Assistant to the MD, you are expected to provide top-level assistance by being organized, exhibit excellent time management skills, have an eye for detail and be able to act without guidance.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the management team.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Undertakes a broad array of administrative tasks
  • Managing an extremely active calendar of meetings.
  • Preparing reports that are confidential in nature.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Prepare and track expenses / other reports.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to the MD, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
  • Attends all meetings, records, transcribes, and distributes minutes of meetings.
  • Provides support in preparation of MIS & presentations.
  • Follows up on the deliverables with the respective team members.
  • Conserves MD's time by reading, researching, drafting and routing mails and documents.
  • Assists and provides support for organizing events, programs, webinars, podcasts etc.
  • Maintains paper and electronic filing systems on behalf of the MD.
  • Makes travel arrangements for team members.

Desired Skill Set:

Minimum 7 years of experience working in a professional corporate environment providing executive-level support, preferably to a member of the top management

Excellent MS Excel, MIS and database management skills

  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills needed to manage a high volume of work.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:


  • Graduate degree is mandatory, post graduate qualification in related fields preferred.
  • Superior working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
