Experience in Multicountry Implementation including USA, Ireland, UK, and Canada.
Project Lead and onsite management for support and upgrade projects.
Sound knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud.
Expertise in Oracle 11g, 12c and 1
Expertise in configuring the HR, Payroll, OTL and selfservice modules (ESS, MSS, PMS, CWB, OIE).
Expertise in data conversions in HR, Payroll, OTL, IRC, OIE including writing the design, development and setup documents as well as test scripts.
Expert in assessments and scoping, requirements gathering, functional gap analysis, solution design, configuration and testing, preparation of user maintenance documents, UPKs, and production support.
Expertise in converting Mid-Year payroll balances.
Expertise on Payroll Year End Activities like adjusting tax balances and W
Expertise in customizing and developing Fast formulas.
Expertise in developing and maintaining Inbound and outbound interfaces to thirdparty vendors.
Experience in extending OA Framework Pages using JDeveloper.
Expertise in customizing and building Oracle workflow and configuring Oracle approvals management module (AME).
Expertise in developing OTL extensions.
Expertise in configuring Web ADI
