  • As a Telecaller in our esteemed travel agency, you will play a crucial role inengaging potential customers, promoting our travel services, and contributing to the overallsuccess of our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, building rapport with clients, and effectively communicating the unique offerings of our travel package
**Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our travel packages and services.
  • Tailor communication to align with the interests and preferences of prospective travelers.

Product Knowledge:


  • Stay updated on the latest travel destinations, packages, and services offered by the Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our travel offerings.

Lead Generation:


  • Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Maintain a database of prospective clients and their preferences.

Customer Relationship Building:


  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through friendly and informative.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide details about travel itineraries, and offer
- personalized solutions.

Sales Support:


  • Assist in scheduling appointments or followups for the sales team, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Follow-Up:


  • Conduct timely followup calls to nurture leads and convert potential clients into customers.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.

Quality Assurance:


  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information in the database.

Team Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Profile Requirements

  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones or business needs.
  • Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and CRM software.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
