- As a Telecaller in our esteemed travel agency, you will play a crucial role inengaging potential customers, promoting our travel services, and contributing to the overallsuccess of our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, building rapport with clients, and effectively communicating the unique offerings of our travel package

Outbound Calling:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our travel packages and services.
- Tailor communication to align with the interests and preferences of prospective travelers.
2.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest travel destinations, packages, and services offered by the Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our travel offerings.

Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and their preferences.

Customer Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through friendly and informative.
- Address customer inquiries, provide details about travel itineraries, and offer

Sales Support:
- Assist in scheduling appointments or followups for the sales team, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards in all interactions.

- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
