Roles And Responsibility_

  • Executive will be required to answer queries on Whatsapp chat, call, video, Facebook and Instagram DMs and comments, Google My Business Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints via calls/chat -Handling customer orders, returns, exchanges -Also involved in handling shipment bookings and order dispatch. -Good customer handling skills. -Excellent English - Both verbal and written communication skills. This is very important. -Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers. -Prior experience/education in fashion required, since we are dealing with Indian ethnic wear.
