Roles and Responsibilities
- Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Calling Customers
- Provide basic and accurate information inperson and via phone
- Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Maintains customer database and follow up.
- Maintain filing and office equipment
- Office Assistance
- No Target
- Plus 2 or any graduation.
- English mandate, Telugu/ Hindi
- Good Communication Skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
