Description

Ø Receive\Make calls to Patients as per the Patient care program

Ø Patient Registration Management. From data entry to issuing the enrolment kit to all

Ø Ensuring that the relevant benefits are executed as per the Program scheme. Manage entire related coordination with external parties and Patients to ensure that the benefits have been received.

Ø Patient follow-up as per program needs

Ø Maintain Patient records and files in a safe and manageable manner

Ø Ensure prudent and effective utilization of communication tools.

Qualification:
Any Graduate

Skills:

Ø Good communication in English & Any south language

Ø Experience minimum 1yr to 3yr

Ø Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

Ø Working experience in Hospital/Healthcare / Insurance sector would be added advantage

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
