Description

Supervise and coordinate all activities at construction sites, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and manpower allocation, to ensure efficient project execution.

Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of workmanship, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.

Monitor and manage the availability and utilization of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize wastage.

Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with project schedules and timelines, identifying and addressing any delays or bottlenecks promptly.

Serve as a liaison between on-site workers, project managers, subcontractors, and clients, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.

Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols at all times, conducting regular safety briefings, inspections, and audits to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities, including progress reports, work logs, and incident reports, to track project milestones and ensure accountability.

Identify potential problems or obstacles on-site and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks, minimize disruptions, and maintain project momentum.

Provide guidance and support to on-site staff, including laborers and junior workers, to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance levels.
