Roles & Responsibilities
- Ability to resolve complex customer issues whilst working towards achieving agreed operational targets.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Capturing VOCs to identify the continuous improvements opportunities
- Should have experience in inter department coordination.
- Maintain the set SLAs while responding to customers
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
