SG Gurukul, a renowned digital marketing agency located in Indore, is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Online Bidder who has one or more year of experience in same field to join our team.

As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for acquiring new projects and clients through online bidding platforms and other channels.

This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients to drive business growth.
Must give one year to organization.

Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
Create compelling proposals, bids, and presentations in response to client requirements, ensuring alignment with SG Gurukul's capabilities and offerings.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for business expansion.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and project management, to develop customized proposals and solutions for clients.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and project scope with clients to maximize profitability and achieve winwin outcomes.
Track and manage the progress of bids and proposals, following up with clients as needed and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in online bidding and client acquisition.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and project details using CRM software or other tools.
Adhere to the company's policies and procedures, including meeting targets and objectives set by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as an Online Bidder or Business Development Executive, preferably in the IT services, education, or related industry.
Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and processes, with a track record of successful project acquisition and client management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively in proposals and presentations.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities, analyze client requirements, and develop customized solutions.
