    CTC Range : Min 32 L Max 40L

    Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant(CA)/ Cost and Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA)

    Job Descriptions:

    1. Candidate should have minimum 24 Years ofPost qualification experience and minimum 5 years
    experience of working at senior level position/ Chief FinancialOfficer in a Listed / Unlisted Company
    registered underthe Companies Act.
    2. Age should not be morethan 55 years as on date.
    3. He/ she will beacting as Chief Finance Officer of the Company and responsible forcomplete
    compliance of Finance and Accounts functionsincluding Final Accounts raising of finance
    complianceof Income Tax GST Customs FEMA and other statutory provisions ofthe Companies
    Act SEBI Cost Audit etc.
    4. He will oversee all audit and internal financialcontrol operations of the company.
    5.Preference will be given to candidates having experience inChemical Manufacturing Sector.
    6. Preferencemay be given to candidates having experience in companies withasset management of
    2000 crore and above and turnover ofaround 1000 crore.
    7. Prior experience ofworking in SAP or similar ERP environment is highlydesirable.
    8. He/ She will be responsiblefor compliance of companys internal policies and directions ofthe
    management / Board.
    9. He/She is expected to prepare financial statements annual budget andother financial information
    for approval ofBoard.
    10. He/ She should be conversant withbanking activities including and able to develop thecorporate
    fundraising strategies and drive the companysfinancial & investment strategies and planning.
    11. He/ She is expected to optimize and ensure cashflow requirements for the operations and projects
    underimplementation.
    12. He/ She is expected topossess very good Communication skills Planning & Organizingskills
    Monitoring & Control skills along withdecision making problem solving and negotiation and
    influencingskills
