Key Responsibilities:

Tender Identification and Opportunity Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities aligned with company capabilities and objectives.
  • Analyze tender documents and assess feasibility, risks, and requirements.
  • Develop strategies to maximize success rates in tender submissions.

Bid Preparation and Submission:


  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
  • Develop compelling and competitive proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
  • Manage the timely submission of bids, including any required clarifications or revisions.

Relationship Management and Liaison:


  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenderrelated inquiries and communications.
  • Attend meetings, networking events, and industry conferences to promote company services and build partnerships.

Negotiation and Contract Finalization:


  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Manage the transition from tender award to project initiation, facilitating a smooth handover to operational teams.

Business Development Strategy:


  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence and capture new business opportunities.
  • Identify potential clients and industries for targeted business development efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business development strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in tendering, bidding, and business development roles, preferably within the relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of tender processes, including tender document interpretation, compliance, and submission requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable business development plans.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software for pipeline management.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.

Pay:
₹10, ₹34,866.30 per month
