Job Description for BPO Role:
The BPO role involves providing customer support, addressing inquiries, and processing transactions. It requires maintaining service quality, accuracy, and efficient communication.


Key Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution:
Resolve customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.

Data Entry:
Accurately enter and update customer information and transaction details in the system.

Process Adherence:
Follow established processes, guidelines, and protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.

Quality Assurance:
Maintain high service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Multitasking:
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.


Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; some roles may require higher education.

Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in the relevant language(s).

Customer Service Orientation:
Prior experience in customer service or call center is beneficial.

Computer Literacy:
Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and data entry.

Problem-Solving:
Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.

Adaptability:
Flexible to work in shifts, adapt to changing processes, and handle varying customer needs.


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
