Your Role

  • Develop in a sustainable way the Assembly and Testing in all its dimensions to match the target of operational efficiency, and innovation of the company.
  • Deliver products in full, with the expected quality and on time in the most efficient way possible.
  • More specifically lead, guide and coordinate the Production & Testing activities within the IAT with the goal of achieving the highest customer satisfaction, product quality and profitability.
  • Through a detailed Manufacturing Plan, continuously look for opportunities to improve internal flows and space utilization in the IAT Testing / packaging production facility to reduce cost, increase absorption and capacity.
  • Lead the implementation of the production specific continuous improvement processes based on the Atlas Copco Lean Principles.
  • Develop a strong shop floor leadership focused on BBS, BBQ and continuous improvements, always "walking the talk".
  • Maintain a close coordination with the Production, Quality, SCM and Methods team to realize the Safety, Quality, Delivery and Efficiency targets. WIP and Lost takt reduction.
  • Embrace and develop our Modularity & LEAN Principles across the organization. A special emphasis should be placed on Kaizen & Visual management to ensure sustainability & transparency in our process. Putting in place the necessary department standards and documentation are key requirements to ensure a successful Continuous Improvement process.
  • Take a leading role in creating a diverse working environment especially looking into ways we can increase the percentage of women in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely & structured feedback to Assembly line for improving FTR.
  • Control final inspection & Packing activity to achieve target Quality Index.
  • Plan and execute testing & packing activity.
  • Focus on Product audit and Process parameters to ensure better control on DOA.
  • CFT member to analyse customer complaint and always ensure timely corrective and preventive action to avoid re occurrence of defect.
  • Monitoring & improving Testing results
  • Rightfromme concept (FTR tracking, Andon analysis)
  • Customer communication and Inspection planning
  • Participate in Discussion of Major Quality issues to ensure timely closure & avoid repetition of Customer complains.
  • Create best practices by formalizing the Testing knowledge.
  • Optimize packing of machines in coordination with OBL Team.
