REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Graduate / MBA is preferred;
  • 5 years' experience or above as a Marketing Analyst / Researcher / Product promotion/ Marketing coordinator
  • Good command in oral and written English;
  • Good PC skills in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Email and Internet;
  • Should have clear understanding of what Marketing is.( Includes Segment Understanding / Technical mindset / Good coordination leadership skills / Commercial understanding ( Taxation) / Pricing and profitability management and Trade promotion skills
  • Should be able to coordinate and communicate with International team for new developments / identifying potential customers
  • Should able to assess market potential and upcoming new market segments and align sales team efforts in that direction.
  • Strong Research capabilities in identifying competitive situation
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to manage with multi vendors
  • Customer experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the complete marketing activities / coordination with Sales team and Technical team to promote right product mix
  • Coordination with International Marketing / technical and manufacturing team to bring in new products to India market.
  • Managing all enquiries thru web portal /Trade show leads / vendor leads and have a strong understanding on ROI and follow up on that.
  • Market research skills to identify potential segments / customers
  • Computer skills to identify Global customer base and identify their domestic plants / capability in India
  • Trade show management / Coordination with different vendors to put up shows and all the elements of promotion activities including promotional broacher / Literature printing/ Event coordinator
  • Working with Key vendors to bring new products and properly launch along with Sales Team
  • Managing Training program with Key vendors and coordinate with Sales Team

Salary:
₹700, ₹900,000.00 per year

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Master's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Marketing Analyst / Researcher: 5 years (preferred)
  • Product promotion/ Marketing coordinator: 5 years (preferred)
Marketing Sales: 4 years (preferred)

  • English (preferred)
