Manage and have oversight of all scheduling related activities for the ME, Europe, APAC, and Africa regions.

Ensuring that responses to training requests are managed in a timely manner and that all required teams are updated on a regular basis.


  • Manage schedules, working with Sales Reps and Client Facing Teams to ensure contracts are signed before training dates are confirmed.
  • Create and Manage all Statements of Work (SOWs) required for trainer contractors in the ME, Europe, APAC & Africa. Provide weekly report on SOW's produced globally each week.
  • Regularly update the scheduling tool to ensure trainers' delivery dates are accurate and current at all times working closely with the vendors & trainers to ensure they are aware of their schedules and advised in a timely manner if any changes are required proactively adjust trainer schedules as business requires
  • Manage sales requests (from Sales Reps & Sales Mgrs at all levels) for trainer assignments related to client specific training, allocating potential trainers, checking availability and schedules, reserving slots to meet client demand.
  • Act as backup for the scheduling team in other regions as required.
  • Represent the Scheduling team at meetings or events as required
  • Assist with operational matters as they arise such as financial details, course scheduling, maintenance of course lists, also assisting instructors with training materials and other requests
  • Bachelor's degree required (business or finance preferred)
  • Solid work experience in a service organization (previous experience in a training environment is essential)
  • Proven client service skills
