Job Description of Female CRM Executive
- Assisting and coordinating with the marketing team
- Handling & Drafting legal documents of the customer
- Coordinating with the customers for documentation work and payment followup
- Maintaining documents of the customer
- Communication with the customer on daily basis for payment followup.
- Preparing documents as and when required.
- Should have effective communications skills to convince the customer for regular payment as per the schedule.
- Handling cheques and daily cheque reconciliation statement.
Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in back office preferably in Real Estate
Skills:
- Should have knowledge of computer operating systems, MS office software and Tally
- Should have the knowledge of the documentation of Legal Papers
- Good communication skills and soft skills
- Should be able to communicate in English ,Gujarati & Hindi
Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
