Work Experience - Minimum 5-10 years

Qualification - Any Graduate

  • Should know all the procedure & documentation for getting plans approved.
Should speak English & Marathi,
Having Min

  • 4/5 years Experience in Real Estate Industry in liaisoning with different departments of BMC, SRA & others
Knowlege of working with Mhada is must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills._
